Role: Spa Club Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 plus service charge 
Location: Ripon, UK
Schedule: Full time (5 days over 7) 
 
We are delighted to be working with our fantastic luxury hotel client who are looking to add an experienced and leadership driven Spa Club Manager to their team.
 
Role Responsibilities: 

• Manage and oversee all aspects of spa operations
• Ensure services exceed guests, members and visitors expectations 
• Inspire and manage a diverse team
• Drive revenue
• Maintain the highest standards of service and hospitality
• Facility and Team Management
• Ensure safe working practises across the department including back of house and plant rooms 
• Adherence of departmental emergency and fire safety procedures 
• Develop unique spa journeys for each user group and specific spa packages
