Job Title: Full-time or Rota Nanny (2 candidates will be hired)

Salary: $175,000+ per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
 
We are seeking two experienced and highly motivated Career Rota Nannies or Full-time Nannies to join a warm and dynamic family based in Miami Beach, FL. This role involves caring for two children on a shared-care basis, aged 4 and 7 years old. The ideal candidates will be proactive, energetic, and passionate about childcare, with a strong emphasis on education and creative development.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children. 
• Safely transport children to and from school, after-school activities, and appointments.
• Plan, organize, and supervise extracurricular activities, including sports, music lessons, and playdates.
• Help children with homework and school projects
• Accompany the family on domestic and international trips, ensuring the children’s routines are maintained.
• Manage children’s wardrobes, organizing clothing.
• Nursery duties related to the children’s areas, ensuring a tidy and organized environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Childcare-related qualifications are essential, the more the merrier.
• Experience working with children from 5+ years old – the family is looking for a long-term relationship.
• The ability to speak additional languages is a huge bonus.
• A valid driver’s license is required, automatic car will be provided.
• Fluency in English is essential. 
• A cheerful and enthusiastic individual who loves working with children.
• Someone proactive, highly organized, and very confident in what they do.
• Open to new ideas and creativity in planning activities that challenge and engage the children and not afraid to inform the parents on what is needed for the children to grow and achieve milestones.
• A good knowledge of sleep routine – this is needed to make sure the children sleep well even when travelling internationally.
• Able to anticipate the needs of the children and family and act accordingly.
• Work well in a team environment with other household staff (2 housekeepers and 1 chef).
• USA passport holders only – the family will not offer sponsorship and passport is needed to travel internationally.
• Candidates with experience with children up to 3 years old only will not be considered.

• Monthly allowance towards flights if the role becomes a Rota and a second Nanny is hired.
