We are seeking an experienced and highly-skilled Female Butler to join a fully-staffed household in Central London.
 
The property is a luxurious 4-floored, 6-bedroom residence that serves as the primary home for a family with children and a pet dog. The Principals are UHNW individuals with exceptional standards for their household, and they expect excellence in every aspect of the butler’s responsibilities.
 
Main responsibilities: 

• Oversee the smooth running of the household, ensuring all areas are impeccable maintained and organised to the highest standard
• Coordinate with other staff members to guarantee seamless communication and collaboration
• Provide a high standard of personalised service to the Principals and their family
• Manage and maintain the wardrobe, ensuring that clothing and accessories are organised and well-presented
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, dinners, and parties hosted at the residence
• During the school holidays, occasionally travel with the family, providing seamless service throughout the trips
• Manage packing and unpacking, ensuring the Principals’ preferences and requirements are met
• Maintain a high level of discretion and professionalism, respecting the privacy and confidentiality of the Principals
• Oversee the security of the property, collaborating with the security team to ensure a safe environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Butler in a HNW household
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Previous experience working with Private families and children
