Role: Housekeeping Supervisor
Salary: up to €32,000
Location: Dublin, Ireland 

We are currently searching for experienced Accommodation Supervisors for a fantastic four star hotel based in Dublin. 
 
The Role

• Maintains exemplary housekeeping standards in accordance with departmental SOPs.
• Collaborates closely with the front office department to ensure accurate communication of room statuses.
• Handles guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Conducts daily pre-shift meetings with the team before their station assignments, ensuring thorough training.
• Ensures neatness and organisation of the office, linen room, floor storage rooms, and trolleys, ensuring they contain necessary items for job performance.
• Ensures rooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and promptly reports maintenance issues.
• Ensures completion of checklists by the linen porter, public area attendant, and night attendant.
• Enforces procedures for the handling of guest lost property.
• Conducts inventories of linen, supplies, and equipment as needed.
• Manages ordering and receiving supplies to maintain adequate inventory levels.

About You

• Leadership background in a 3/4-star quality-oriented hotel in Ireland or the UK
• Proficiency in English
• Demonstrated success in elevating standards within a comparable position
• Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
• Proficiency with computers
• Engagement through practical involvement
