Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm with some flexibility when the Principal is in residency
 
We are looking for an experienced and proactive House Manager for our UHNW client in Tel-Aviv, Israel, with a salary on offer of 13,125 Shekels per month, plus global overtime of 1,875 Shekels.
 
As a House Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall organisation cleanliness, and efficiency of the residence, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of luxury and comfort.
 
The house has a team size of 5, including Housekeepers and Chefs, and this role will involve day-to-day management of the team and ensuring the highest possible standards.
 
Candidates for this role must be English and Hebrew speakers in order to properly communicate with the staff and Principals.
 
Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the household, including managing staff schedules, supervising the team and their development, and ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest possible standards
• Ensure that staff are property trained, motivated, and equipped to perform their duties effectively
• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the residence, coordinating repairs and renovations as needed, including dealing with all external contractors when required
• Maintaining the privacy and security of the household will be a priority as the Principal highly values discretion

The ideal candidate:

• A minimum of 5+ years experience as a House/Estate Manager in a private household
• Strong organisational and managerial skills to ensure the smooth running of the property and its staff
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills 
• Familiarity with high-end household appliances, technology systems, and luxury standards 
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is essential to effectively communicate with the Principals and team
