Role: Food & Beverage Supervisor
Location: Kildare Countryside, Ireland 
Salary: €31,500 – €33,000

We are working with a stunning boutique country retreat in the beautiful Kildare countryside. This is a complete destination featuring stunning accommodation, a Spa and Wellness centre, all situated around our food outlets. They are driven by a desire to create wonderful food, and wonderful experiences, inspired by the gardens and grounds of the estate, and the wonderful seasonal produce of Ireland.
 
As part of this property’s ongoing pursuit of excellence, and growing business levels they are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join the team. This role is primarily Wednesday to Sunday as the estate is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, apart from bank holiday weekends and special events.

Requirements:

• Preferably, you will have worked in a Hotel Food & Beverage environment previously
• High attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
• Supervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations
• Communicate and delegate tasks to the team
• Ensure compliance of brand standards
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Represent needs of the team
• Assist Food and Beverage management in achieving financial targets
• Assist Food and Beverage management with the training and development of team members
