We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our team at a luxury private villa in St. Tropez. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all electrical systems within the property to ensure the safety and comfort of the owner and their guests.
You will be part of a dedicated villa team that supports the smooth functioning of this high-end estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs on all electrical installations, systems, and equipment, including lighting, HVAC, security systems, and kitchen appliances.
- Install and upgrade wiring systems, light fixtures, electrical outlets, switches, and control systems in accordance with local regulations.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the villa’s daily operations.
- Implement routine checks and preventative measures to avoid breakdowns and ensure all systems are running efficiently.
- Be available for urgent repairs, offering flexible working hours as needed for emergency situations.
- Ensure all work adheres to French electrical codes and safety regulations. Keep detailed records of maintenance and repairs.
- Work closely with other maintenance staff, including plumbers, carpenters, and external contractors, to maintain the property’s overall infrastructure.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Certified electrician with a recognized qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in high-end residential properties or luxury
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and repair techniques.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with luxury property maintenance is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English.
- Discreet, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability for emergency callouts.
- Must be eligible to work in France.
