Job Title: Rota Governor
Location: North London (with extensive international travel)
Daily Rate: £65,000 – £70,000 per annum

We are in search of a dedicated and highly skilled Rota Governor to join a dynamic family, providing exceptional care and educational guidance to a Junior School-aged child. If you’re passionate about nurturing young minds while having the opportunity to travel globally, this role is tailor-made for you!
 
What to Expect

• 15 days on (live-in) / 15 days off, offering a balanced and flexible work structure.
• Be ready to accompany the family to international destinations, adapting to exciting new environments.
• Work closely with the family to support and enrich the child’s education and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive support that nurtures the child’s academic and overall well-being.
• Collaborate with the family to design effective educational plans and routines, tracking the child’s progress and celebrating milestones.
• Provide detailed and thoughtful weekly or monthly updates, ensuring all parties remain well-informed.
• Be prepared to travel internationally, managing the child’s needs in various settings and circumstances.
• Maintain a professional, confidential relationship, respecting the family’s privacy and upholding trust.

What We’re Looking For

• Education Background: Proven experience working with Key Stage 2 students; an educational degree or background is preferred.
• Caring & Supportive: Ability to connect with and nurture children, prioritising their safety and emotional well-being.
• Bilingual Advantage: Strong English communication skills are essential
• Rotational Availability: Flexibility to commit to a 15-day on/off schedule, adapting to the family’s lifestyle and needs.
• Global Experience: Previous international travel experience with HNW families, showcasing adaptability and cultural awareness.
