Job Title: Family Office Operations Manager (Luxury Hospitality background)
Location: Gibraltar with travel to Dubai and other locations as needed
Salary: £70,000 – £80,000 gross per annum
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Family Office Operations Manager with a strong background in 5-star hospitality. This role focuses on ensuring seamless service delivery, operational excellence, and team training across the principal’s properties. The successful candidate will have experience in high-end hospitality, possess exceptional leadership skills, and be fluent in Spanish to effectively liaise with the team in Gibraltar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to maintain 5-star service standards in Food & Beverage and other service areas.
- Provide hands-on support across properties when required, particularly during the absence of the House Manager or during busy periods.
- Assist in maintaining and elevating service standards for the principal’s family, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor operational levels, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery.
- Accompany the principal during hotel stays to ensure consistent and personalised service standards.
- Design and deliver detailed service protocols and ensure their consistent implementation across the team.
Ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in 5-star hospitality, preferably in an operational or managerial role.
- Fluent in Spanish and English to support effective communication with the Gibraltar-based team.
- A proven track record in team training and operational excellence in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Experience in working within a private household or estate is advantageous.
- Exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to the needs of a UHNW family.
- Willingness to travel extensively and support operations in multiple locations.
