What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual with a positive, can-do attitude. You should possess excellent communication skills, be calm and polite under pressure, and have a meticulous attention to detail. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential.
Duties of the role are but not limited to:
- Assist in the daily supervision of the restaurant.
- Ensure the team meets standards set by the Restaurant Manager.
- Maintain consistently high service levels across all areas.
- Handle guest requests efficiently and professionally.
- Communicate effectively with your team and report feedback, maintenance, and health and safety concerns to your department head.
- Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
- Represent the company with a positive attitude and a pleasant manner.
- Comply with management requests to the best of your ability.
