A newly established, high-level family office based in Houston, Texas, is seeking a driven and motivated Junior Lifestyle Manager to directly support the CEO of a high-net-worth individual’s organization. Reporting to the CEO’s Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff, this role requires exceptional discretion, proactive organizational skills, and a passion for excellence. The position involves extensive travel and offers significant career growth opportunities within a dynamic and diverse company portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel Coordination: Organize complex international and domestic travel arrangements, including hotels, transportation, and high-quality dining experiences.
- Diary Management: Oversee the CEO’s calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of business meetings, personal appointments, and entertainment while maintaining flexibility for unexpected changes.
- Event and Meeting Organization: Arrange business meetings in upscale venues, secure reservations at top-tier restaurants, and coordinate entertainment activities to align with the CEO’s preferences.
- Contact Management: Build and maintain a “black book” of preferred contacts, including vendors, service providers, and venues, ensuring quick access to trusted resources globally.
- Support During Travel: Accompany the CEO on trips to provide on-the-ground support, handle last-minute arrangements, and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as directed by the EA and Chief of Staff, maintaining seamless communication and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in lifestyle management, personal assisting, or a similar role supporting high-profile individuals is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-end vendors and service providers.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with an eye for detail.
- Flexibility to travel extensively, often on short notice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant productivity tools.
