Full-time Housekeeper, Bucharest 
 
We are seeking a professional and experienced Live-out Housekeeper to join our client’s household team in Bucharest, Romania. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to maintaining the high standards of a prestigious property. The role is part of a team of housekeepers and requires flexibility to work weekends when the principal is in residence.
 
Role: Housekeeper
Location: Bucharest, Romania
Start Date: ASAP
Salary: 4,400 Rons per month (40 Rons per day meal ticket) plus medical insurance, bonus 
 
Responsibilities:

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks to ensure all areas of the home are maintained to the highest standard.
• Prepare the home for guests, ensuring it is welcoming and organized throughout their stay.
• Handle special requests from guests and the household as required.
• Follow a structured shift schedule from Monday to Friday, working alongside a team of housekeepers.
• Provide weekend support when the principal is in residence, ensuring smooth operations.
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within designated timeframes.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to provide an exceptional experience for the household and guests.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, and report any maintenance needs promptly.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a private household or hotel setting is preferred.
• Capable of working independently and managing responsibilities efficiently.
• Flexible to work weekends when required, particularly when the principal is in residence.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• Fluency in both Romanian and English.
