Role: Restaurant Manager
Location: Cumbria, UK
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a stunning, luxury resort based in the Lake District. The hotel has an exciting atmosphere and is extremely passionate about creating the most luxurious experience for their guests.
The Role:
- Supporting the F&B Operations Manager in the daily operation of our Restaurant, indoor and outdoor function spaces and much more.
- Managing a team of engaged individuals across multiple outlets including cross training and knowledge growth to increase retention and attract new talent.
- Focus on the experience, whether that be your team members or our guests.
- High levels of communication skills, passion for the ultimate guest experience and the ability to manage the team effectively, you will be instrumental in laying a ‘path of success’ for our F&B teams.
- Take pride in looking after your guests and team by training all team members on the service journey and ensuring industry and legal standards are fulfilled for health and safety and allergen awareness.
Candidate Requirements:
- Must have 1+years Experience as a Restaurant Manger.
- the ability to work in past paced environments.
- Must have the working rights for the UK.
