Meet Jana – Private Staffing Managing Consultant working in the US and globally, specialising in recruiting for a wide range of roles including Nannies, Housekeepers, Chefs, PAs, EAs, House Managers, Chiefs of Staff, Estate Managers, Private Family Nurses, Personal Trainers, and Private Carers. With around 15 years of hands-on experience as a nanny and PA for UHNW families in London, Jana brings deep insight into the private household sector, having cared for children of all ages and travelled extensively in previous roles.

Her transition into recruitment was a natural progression, blending her industry expertise, passion for people, and transferable skills to make meaningful placements. Jana thrives on building genuine relationships with clients and candidates and finds it incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact the right match can have on a household or a career.

Fluent in English and Croatian, Jana enjoys learning new languages, owns a DJ deck she rarely plays, and finds peace in long walks. Jana is always looking to expand her global network within private households and family offices, driven by a passion for strong industry connections.
