Meet Federica – A US-based Principal Recruitment Consultant specialising in Private Households and Family Offices across the United States and Canada. With a flexible and client-focused approach, Federica supports a wide range of staffing needs, even those that fall outside the traditional private household context, by learning what’s required to deliver exactly what her clients are looking for.

Her journey into recruitment began after working as a nanny for UHNW families, where she discovered a passion for helping families find the perfect staff and for matching candidates with roles that truly fit. What sparked her transition was the joy she found in helping place colleagues within the families she worked for, ultimately leading her to pursue recruitment full-time.

Federica loves the variety her role brings, meeting new people, hearing their stories, and building lasting relationships that lead to great placements. She speaks fluent English and Italian, has intermediate French, and enjoys movies, going to the gym, and spending time at the beach.
