April has been a busy month for the team at Achieve Hospitality. Weโre delighted to celebrate Janaโs recent promotion to Managing Consultant.
At the same time, weโre seeing a continued increase in summer hospitality hiring, alongside a growing demand for domestic staffing support across the US, particularly in Florida, California, the Hamptons and New York.ย Alongside this, weโve shared new blogs and insights across both luxury hospitality and private households, with more updates included below.

Tees Business Awards 2026
This month we attended the Tees Business Awards 2026 at Hardwick Hall Hotel, celebrating talent across the North East business community. It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with industry peers and celebrate the regionโs continued growth. Many congratulations to all those shortlisted and to the winners on the night.

Congratulations to Jana Kocevska on your promotion!
Weโre delighted to announce the promotion of Jana to Managing Consultant, in recognition of her outstanding contribution to our private staffing division and the overall business.
Since joining Achieve Hospitality in 2022, Jana has become an integral part of the team. She has built an impressive track record of developing strong, long-standing client relationships, many of whom have been valued partners for years.
Jana specialises in global recruitment across a wide range of roles, including Nannies, Housekeepers, Chefs, PAs, House Managers, Chiefs of Staff, Estate Managers, Private Family Nurses, Personal Trainers and more. Her 15 years of hands-on experience working with UHNW families in London as both a Nanny and PA gives her a unique and valuable perspective on the private household sector. Fluent in English and Croatian, Jana continues to work with clients and candidates on an international scale.

๐ Hiring Luxury Hospitality Staff in Cornwall: Your Guide

Private Household & Estate Staffing Market Insights
Rise of Multi-Skilled and Hybrid Roles- UHNW households are increasingly seeking versatile professionals who can cover multiple functions blending traditional roles with lifestyle, operational and tech responsibilities. From housekeepers supporting events to estate managers overseeing smart homes, โmulti-skilledโ is now a baseline expectation rather than a bonus.
Wellness, Sustainability and Lifestyle-Led Hiring- Private households are evolving into lifestyle ecosystems, with growing demand for wellness-focused and sustainability-aware staff. Roles such as holistic chefs, wellness practitioners and eco-conscious estate professionals are becoming key hires as principals prioritise health, longevity and environmental impact.
Seasonal Migration Driving Demand Across Key US Lifestyle Destinations- Weโre seeing a clear rise in demand for domestic staffing across the US, particularly in lifestyle-led markets such as California, the Hamptons, New York, and South Florida. As UHNW families increasingly split their time between multiple residences, hiring has become more seasonal and location-specific, requiring flexible, experienced employees who can transition seamlessly between properties.

Luxury Hospitality Market Insights
Summer Coastal Destinations Driving Early Hiring Cycles- Demand across UK and European coastal hotspots is already building ahead of peak season, with many operators bringing forward hiring timelines to secure talent early. With competition high in destinations like Cornwall and the Mediterranean, businesses that started recruitment already are seeing stronger candidate pipelines than those waiting until late spring.
Technology and AI Reshaping Service Delivery- From AI-driven guest personalisation to smarter operational systems, technology is becoming embedded in luxury hospitality. Hospitality employees are now expected to be digitally fluent, balancing high-touch service with high-tech delivery to meet evolving guest expectations.
Staycation Boom Sustaining Pressure on Coastal Talent Markets- Strong domestic travel continues to fuel demand in UK coastal and rural destinations, with another busy summer expected. This sustained โstaycationโ trend is intensifying pressure on already tight local talent pools, particularly across front-of-house, housekeeping and chef roles in seasonal locations.
