Achieve Hospitality is delighted to be working with our amazing client who are looking to add a number of Pastry CDPs to their team. Our client are a prestigious, high-end establishment renowned for its exquisite dining experience and impeccable service. Our client take pride in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to their discerning guests. 

Job Description 
 
We are now seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our clients’ award-winning kitchen team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled pastry professional with rosette-level experience to work in a luxury setting alongside some of the industry’s best talent.
 
Role Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Pastry Chef in delivering high-quality desserts, pastries, and bread for our fine dining restaurant, afternoon tea, and special events.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation standards are met in line with the property’s luxury reputation.
  • Manage daily preparation and mise en place for pastry service.
  • Maintain high levels of hygiene, health, and safety in compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Work efficiently under pressure while contributing to a positive and creative kitchen environment.
  • Assist in menu development, introducing innovative and seasonal pastry creations.
  • Train and support junior pastry team members as required.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience at Rosette level (minimum 2 AA Rosettes preferred) or in a similar high-end/luxury establishment.
  • Passion for pastry, with excellent skills in plated desserts, chocolate work, viennoiserie, and bread.
  • Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen.
  • Knowledge of current pastry trends and techniques.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
