Achieve Hospitality are thrilled to be partnering with a new client seeking an experienced House Manager for their property in West London, with some management of a secondary property in Surrey.
Job Description
As a House Manager, you will be working for a young UHNW family of 4, with pets. They will be looking for several new members of staff in the coming months, which you will be responsible for. The principal is still very hands on and involved in the day to day running of the properties, so you must be comfortable working alongside him and taking direction when needed.
Role Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the main UHNW household in London
- Budget management
- Preparing budget proposals for any upcoming projects, focusing on cost effectiveness
- Researching and engaging new contractors and suppliers where needed
- Domestic staff recruitment and management
- Some project management
- Remotely managing the property in Surrey, with occasional visits with the UHNWI Principal when needed
Candidate Requirements
- Russian speaker would be a huge bonus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative but also must be comfortable taking instruction from a hands on principal
- Trust, privacy, and confidentiality are key
- Flexible to work the occasional Saturday with a day in lieu
- Driver essential
- Practical, problem solving approach
- MUST have the right to live and work in the UK
- Experience in working with UHNWI
Benefits
- Start: ASAP
- Salary: Up to £100,000 – must be self employed
- Working week: Monday – Friday, with some flexibility to work Saturday if needed
