Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be partnering with a Luxury Country House, who are keen for an experienced Chef de Partie to join their team.
 
Situated in the glorious and rural Wiltshire countryside, this country house meets charm and spirit and is surrounded by private gardens. With newly refurbished suites, a re-launched kitchen garden restaurant and much more to come!
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Work alongside our Head Chef as part of our team during prep and service for our beautiful restaurant, terrace and outdoor Dining Domes
• Take advantage of our private no dig kitchen garden with it’s delicious seasonal produce
• Help develop our brigade by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with our more junior chefs but with the whole team, we are all here to learn
• Take pride in running your section by producing beautiful food but also join us in respecting our kitchen, you’ll be helping set and maintain cleanliness standards too.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a similar role in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food preparation.
• Ability to work with a variety of ingredients and manage a section independently.
• Excellent knife skills and an understanding of proper food preparation and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage junior kitchen staff and collaborate with the team.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
