House Manager/Driver, Tel Aviv, Israel

Working schedule: 5 days per week, with flexibility to work 6 days when the Principals are in residence

A unique opportunity has emerged for an experienced House Manager and Private Driver to oversee two luxury properties. This role combines high-end property management with personal driving services for an international family who utilizes the residence for approximately three months per year. The position offers an excellent balance of intensive service periods and autonomous property management, requiring a detail-oriented and self-motivated professional.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain a luxury main residence with extensive amenities including a gym, spa, and cinema, plus a staff apartment.
• Provide professional driving services for principals using the property’s luxury vehicle fleet, with extensive knowledge of Tel Aviv and surrounding areas
• Oversee a team of household staff members and coordinate with regular contractors for pool and garden maintenance
• Ensure impeccable upkeep of luxury vehicles plus a staff vehicle, managing maintenance schedules and cleanliness
• Maintain property security and conduct regular inspections during principals’ absence
• Coordinate household operations during principal stays, including flexible scheduling for weekend coverage
• Manage household inventories, supervise deliveries, and handle local errands
• Oversee preventive maintenance programs for all properties and vehicles
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all aspects of the principal’s personal matters and property

 
Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in luxury household management
• Previous experience maintaining and driving high-end vehicles, and luxury cars
• Extensive knowledge of Tel Aviv and surrounding areas
• Strong property management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and team leadership abilities
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work weekends during principal stays
• Professional discretion and outstanding reliability
• Hebrew and English language proficiency
• Valid driver’s license 

 
Compensation:

• Base salary of 20,000 – 25,000 ISL monthly, negotiable based on experience
• Potential live-in accommodation in a staff apartment
• Use of staff vehicle for work-related duties
