Role: Chef De Partie
Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire
Salary: up to £32,500 (dependant on experience)
Work Schedule: Full Time, Permanent – 48 hours per week, 5 days over 7.
Accommodation: Available

Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be supporting a Luxury, traditional Hotel situated in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. They are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join their kitchen team.
A luxury traditional hotel, holiday cottages and award-winning Restaurant; a luxurious country club and spa including a contemporary Restaurant; a glamping site with tree lodges, yurts and a café.
Role Responsibilities:
- Preparing food using ingredients from the garden, the wider estate and other local producers.
- Working under the guidance of and reporting to the Executive Chef.
- Working with the team of highly skilled and motivated individuals.
- Running a section within the kitchen.
- Training and supervising junior members of the team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experienced at Chef de Partie level in a busy kitchen environment.
- Guest focused.
- Highly motivated with a can-do attitude.
- Able to communicate effectively with team members.
- Focused on providing excellent customer service.
- Committed to a high standard of food delivery.
- Knowledgeable of health and safety, food safety and risk assessments.
- Qualified to Level 2 in food safety.
- Ambitious to succeed and progress in your career.
