Job Description 
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to lead our clients front-of-house team at their exquisite restaurant within a renowned 5-star luxury property. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to work in a prestigious environment, delivering exceptional service and unforgettable dining experiences.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of service, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving the continued success of our clients award-winning restaurant.

Role Responsibilities 

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing front-of-house team
  • Maintain a strong floor presence, ensuring service standards are consistently met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure alignment on service timing and quality
  • Manage reservations, guest feedback, and special requests to ensure a personalised guest experience
  • Monitor financial performance including revenue, costs, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations
  • Drive service innovation and continuous improvement
  • Assist with events, private dining, and special functions as required

Candidate Requirements 

  • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury or fine dining environment
  • Proven track record of delivering 5-star guest service
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine service, and fine dining etiquette
  • Well-presented, professional, and calm under pressure
  • Financial acumen and experience with stock control and budgeting
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required
