Location: Tetbury, Gloucestershire
Salary: £32,700 per annum + share of gratuities
Contract Type: Full-time (45 hours per week)
Accommodation: Available on-site
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join a passionate and high-performing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing top-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food to a consistently high standard using modern techniques and equipment
- Take charge of your designated section, ensuring efficient operation during service
- Maintain a sufficient level of mise en place for lunch and dinner
- Contribute to staff meals, ensuring they are nutritious and well-balanced
- Assist in the training and support of junior kitchen staff
- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times
About You:
- Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen operations
- Minimum of NVQ Level 1 in Professional Cookery and Level 2 Food Hygiene (or equivalent)
- Ideally, at least 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work effectively as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
