Role: Revenue Manager
Location: Aberdeen, Aberdeenshire, UK
Salary: £45,000 circa (Dependant on Experience)
Work Schedule: Full time, permanent, working 5 days out of 7
Start Date: As soon as possible
Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be partnering with a luxury golf resort in the Aberdeenshire area. The resort includes five-star accommodation at a historic lodge, along with fine dining and event-hosting facilities. It caters to both high-end leisure and corporate clientele.
They are keen for an experienced Revenue Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team. Reporting directly to the Head of Resort Sales & Accommodation, this vital role assists the sales, reservations and finance teams with maximising revenues across the resort.
Role Responsibilities:
- Understand resort revenue streams, across all market segments including accommodation and golf.
- Work closely with sales, reservations and finance team to grow and develop performance.
- Excellent understanding of competitor set and collection of MI.
- Attend commercial meetings weekly, generating accurate data management to present.
- Monitor and control dynamic based pricing across resort all systems.
- Make recommendations and seek new opportunities to drive top line sales.
- Effective management of channel manager, CRM and GDS channels.
- Rate building and mapping for accommodation, dining, events and golf.
- PMS system to ensure all bookings and payments are applied correctly.
- Ensuring best practice and processes are followed.
- Use restrictions methods in high demand periods to maximise sales in golf and accommodation.
- Support reservations team when required.
- Carry out internal and external audits including OTA platforms, ensuring descriptions and rates are loaded correctly.
- Any other duties requirement by management to ensure the delivery of exceptional visitor experiences.
Candidate Requirements:
- Hotel experience in a similar role required, minimum 3 years experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, systems and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a busy, fast-paced environment.
