Job Title: Live-Out Housekeeper

Achieve Hospitality are working with a UHNW client with global residences who are looking for an exceptional Housekeeper to join their prestigious private household in Geneva. This live-out role is integral to a large, well-established team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of service and presentation.
 
The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from five-star hospitality environments or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) private residences, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and discretion.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleaning tasks with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all areas of the residence meet the highest standards of cleanliness and order.
• Work seamlessly alongside a diverse team of household staff, contributing to a harmonious and efficient working environment.
• Assist with laundry services, including the care of delicate fabrics and wardrobe organisation, maintaining garments in pristine condition.
• Monitor and replenish household supplies, liaising with procurement teams to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Prepare guest rooms and communal areas to impeccable standards, anticipating and accommodating the needs of residents and visitors.
• Follow established housekeeping protocols and schedules, adapting to the dynamic needs of the household.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a five-star hotel or UHNW private household.
• Demonstrates the utmost discretion, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational prowess, and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with a flexible schedule and responsive to the evolving needs of the household.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French is highly advantageous.
• Must have the legal right to work in Switzerland and reside within commuting distance of Geneva.
