Role: Full-Time Live-Out Housekeeper 
Location: Brera district, Milan, Italy
Salary: €1,800 net per month, plus compensation for extra hours, performance bonuses, and meal vouchers worth €30 per day
Start date: ASAP

Job Description:

A high-net-worth family who recently relocated from the UK to Milan is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join their well-established household team. The successful candidate will work alongside two existing Housekeepers (both Tagalog-speaking), as well as a Butler, a Chef, and a House Manager. This role will follow the shift pattern detailed below.

Responsibilities:

• Perform all housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized home environment.
• Focus on laundry, ironing, and wardrobe management to ensure clothing and linens are impeccably cared for.
• Assist the chef by washing dishes after main meals and helping to set up the dining table.
• Respect the family’s privacy and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluency in Tagalog and English is required; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
• Previous experience in housekeeping roles, particularly in UHNW private households, is preferred.
• A positive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Work Schedule: 

• Monday to Friday, with flexibility to work six days a week when the family is in residence.
• Shifts will be one of the following:
  • 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM
