Achieve Hospitality are working with an exclusive, luxury 5* ski chalet in Austria who are looking for a House Master to join a long-standing, loyal team delivering 5-star service in an exceptional alpine setting.

You will live onsite and support day-to-day operations at the chalet, working closely with a well-established team including a chef, housekeeper, manager and F&B professional.
 
Fluency in English and a background in luxury hospitality, yachts or chalets is essential.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcoming guests and assisting with luggage
• Operating the snowmobile for luggage transfers and local errands (driving licence required)
• Overseeing daily chalet maintenance and liaising with service providers
• Managing waste disposal and accepting deliveries
• Clearing snow from terraces and balconies
• Assisting in the kitchen (e.g. washing up, basic support)
• Disinfecting whirlpools and ensuring sauna and gym are in working order
• Removing fire ashes and preparing fireplaces
• Handling occasional shopping runs
• Deep cleaning and seasonal changeovers
• Supporting other properties during the off-season months

Requirements:

• Proven experience in high-end hospitality (chalets, yachts, or boutique 5* hotels)
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Team player with a positive, discreet, and service-led attitude
• Full clean driving licence (essential for snowmobile and errands)
• Willingness to live onsite in a shared room
• English speaking (other languages a bonus)
• EU passport
