Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be partnering with a luxury country house hotel in the Cotswolds. Their Restaurant is a vibrant and welcoming dining destination known for its stylish setting and exceptional cuisine. They pride themselves on delivering 5-star service in a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. As part of their ongoing growth, their looking for a passionate and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to lead a dedicated team and help take the dining experience to the next level.
 
As Restaurant Supervisor you’ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant. You’ll use your natural leadership skills to inspire, train, and support your team, ensuring a seamless service that exceeds guest expectations. From managing service to mentoring staff, you’ll be at the heart of creating unforgettable dining experiences.
 
Role Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and develop a small, friendly front-of-house team
• Deliver and maintain 5-star service standards across all shifts
• Oversee the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and consistency
• Support recruitment, training, and ongoing development of team members
• Liaise with the kitchen and senior management to ensure a cohesive guest experience
• Handle guest feedback confidently and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety and food hygiene standards
• Take initiative to enhance the overall F&B offering and guest satisfaction

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within a quality F&B environment
• A natural leader with strong people management and communication skills
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering outstanding service
• Calm under pressure with great organisational skills
• Hands-on, can-do attitude and a genuine team player
• Flexible to work a range of shifts including evenings and weekends
