Overview and Opportunity
A 4 Star Hotel in Macroom, Ireland requires an experienced hospitality professional for the position of Food and Beverage Manager in this family run hotel with a strong F&B trade.

Applicants must be able to commute to County Cork, or plan to relocate to the area before starting work.
Role Responsibilities:
- Supervise and control all catering outlets in the hotel to the required standards.
- Ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm friendly, courteous welcome on arrival & during their stay.
- Look after rostering for all on the ground F&B Staff.
- Ensure that the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, dress, appearance, body language & conduct is maintained.
- Assist as much as reasonable coaching & training of new staff.
- Maintain good liaisons & communications with management & all other departments.
- Ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions and beverages to the required standards.

Candidate Requirements:
- Hospitality experience, a minimum of 5 years required.
- Hotel Operations, Hospitality Industry, Hotel Management or Beverage Management experience.
- Committed and results driven individual.
