Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be partnering with a prestigious 5-star hotel nestled in the heart of Northumberland who are keen for a talented and driven Head Chef to lead their exceptional kitchen team.
A celebrated 3 AA Rosette restaurant, as well as a range of relaxed dining options and extensive banqueting facilities. With a recently refurbished kitchen and a passionate brigade, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and experienced Head Chef with a background in high-end hotels and multi-outlet operations.
Role Responsibilities:
- Leading the kitchen team across all outlets, from fine dining to events
- Creating and developing exceptional seasonal menus
- Maintaining and exceeding the high standards expected of a 3 Rosette kitchen
- Managing kitchen financials, including food cost, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Supporting training and development to build a strong and consistent team
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety, and hygiene regulations
Candidate Requirements:
- A strong 4 or 5-star hotel background with experience across multiple outlets and a proven track record in Rosette-standard kitchens.
- A natural leader, you’ll be passionate about seasonality, local produce, and delivering memorable dining experiences.
- You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity, standards, and team morale all matter.
