Role: Rota Nanny (2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off)
Location: Miami Beach, FL (Open to local or relocating candidates within Florida)
Salary: $100,000-$175,000 per annum, DOE
Availability: Trial ASAP | Official Start Date: August 27, 2025
 
Job Description:

A high-profile family in Miami Beach is seeking a dedicated, experienced, and long-term rotational nanny to care for their two children (ages 5 and 7). This is a unique 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule with live-in accommodations provided during working weeks. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, professional, and comfortable in a structured yet dynamic household.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care and supervision for two children, ages 5 and 7
• Manage school routines, including drop-offs/pick-ups and homework assistance
• Create and implement fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities
• Pack for and travel with the family as needed
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and any additional staff
• Maintain consistency, routines, and boundaries in the children’s daily lives

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional nanny experience (preferably with similar ages)
• Open to relocating to or currently residing in the Miami area
• Seeking long-term placement (1-year contract minimum)
• Flexible, reliable, and discreet with excellent references
• Must be able to commit to rotational live-in schedule
• Comfortable with light housekeeping related to the children

Compensation & Benefits:
