Overview & Opportunity
A highly experienced and discreet Travelling Butler is required to support an ultra-high-net-worth family across multiple international residences, yachts, and luxury holiday destinations. This hands-on role blends refined service with lifestyle management and operational logistics.
The successful candidate will travel extensively with the family, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service at every location. Calm under pressure, impeccably organised, and naturally discreet, you will play a key role in supporting the Principals’ lifestyle across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel internationally with the family across homes, villas, yachts, and hotels
- Manage wardrobe and luggage logistics, including unpacking, organising, and garment care
- Create refined table settings and coordinate with chefs/service teams for private dining
- Source and procure high-end items including wines, flowers, clothing, and specialty foods
- Oversee floral arrangements and household presentation to exacting standards
- Coordinate daily itineraries, manage bookings, and adapt schedules as needed
- Liaise with luxury vendors and boutiques; oversee exclusive purchases and deliveries
- Provide childcare support and accompany children during activities and excursions
- Safeguard valuables and maintain strict confidentiality at all times
- Support the management of global household and personal assets
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in private households, luxury hospitality, or UHNW service roles
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident in managing luxury procurement, wardrobe care, and high-value assets
- Excellent interpersonal skills; articulate, polished, and discreet
- Experience supporting families and children preferred
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
- Flexibility to travel extensively and adapt to changing schedules
- Valid passport and full driving licence essential
- Ability to swim; basic first aid training desirable
