A private UHNW family of 4 in Dubai is seeking an exceptional Japanese Chef to deliver world-class cuisine in an intimate and refined setting. The successful candidate will demonstrate mastery of authentic Japanese culinary traditions, creativity in menu design, and the professionalism required to serve a discerning family.

Responsibilities

• Create and present refined Japanese cuisine with a focus on sushi, sashimi, kaiseki, robatayaki, and seasonal menus.
• Consistently deliver innovative and traditional dishes tailored to the family’s preferences.
• Source and prepare the highest quality ingredients available locally and internationally.
• Uphold strict hygiene, food safety, and kitchen management standards.
• Maintain discretion and adapt seamlessly to the household’s lifestyle and expectations.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be Japanese and currently based in Dubai.
• Strong expertise in authentic Japanese cuisine across multiple styles.
• Experience working in luxury private households, fine dining, or Michelin-starred restaurants (Michelin-star experience is a major advantage).
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage all aspects of the kitchen.
• Professional, discreet, and adaptable with a polished and respectful demeanor.
