We are looking for a talented and experienced Barista to work for a VVIP client in the Middle East, based in Saudi Arabia. This is a highly prestigious role within a luxury palace environment, requiring a professional with expert coffee knowledge, beverage preparation skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional guest experience to UHNW individuals and their guests.
 
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury hotels, private residences, or high-end cafés, with proven experience in creating speciality coffees, teas, and bespoke beverages. You must be passionate about hospitality, have excellent attention to detail, and be able to adapt to the principal’s personal preferences and international guests’ tastes.
 
Applicants must be discreet, proactive, well-presented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work as part of a wider service team alongside butlers, waiters, and chefs, ensuring the highest levels of personalised service at all times. 
 
Please note that the salary offered for the role will depend on the candidate’s previous earnings, skills, qualifications, and experience. Interviewing now for an ASAP start. Start date is flexible for the right candidate. Accommodation will be provided.
 
Duties and responsibilities;

• Preparing and serving a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks, speciality teas, and bespoke creations.
• Crafting beverages to exacting standards, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
• Maintaining and operating high-end coffee machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
• Creating personalised drinks based on the preferences of the principal and VIP guests.
• Assisting with service during receptions, banquets, and private events.
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in all service areas.
• Managing stock of coffee beans, teas, syrups, and other supplies.
• Working closely with butlers, waiters, and chefs to provide seamless service.
• Ensuring discretion, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity at all times.

To be considered for this role you must;

• Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Barista in luxury hotels, UHNW households, or premium cafés.
• Possess extensive knowledge of coffee preparation methods, latte art, and beverage service.
• Have excellent contactable references.
• Be flexible to relocate and work in Saudi Arabia.
