Join Our Recruitment Team – Private Staffing

As part of our continued client account growth, Achieve Hospitality is seeking an experienced Private Staffing Recruitment Consultant to join our established Private Households, Estates and Family Offices division. Working with an international client base, we provide specialist recruitment solutions to UHNW individuals, family offices, private estates and households globally.

The successful candidate will manage recruitment assignments across the domestic staffing market, partnering with both existing clients and new business opportunities. The position offers remote working, with occasional travel to our UK head office for team collaboration and business meetings.

  • Experience recruiting within a private staffing agency is essential
  • A strong understanding of private households, family offices and UHNW clientele
  • Experience working across international markets, particularly UK and Europe or US

Private Household & Estate Staffing Market Insights

1. Summer โ€œmulti-residence livingโ€ is driving demand for fluid staffing models: UHNW families are increasingly spending summer across multiple properties rather than remaining in a single base. Recent wealth and mobility reporting, including Spears Wealth Management โ€“ UHNW Insights and broader private aviation analysis from sources such as Forbes, highlights a continued rise in families splitting time between London, the South of France, Switzerland, the Hamptons and the Middle East throughout the summer season. This is driving demand for flexible staffing structures, where Estate Managers, Private PAs and household teams are expected to mobilise quickly between residences and maintain consistent service standards across borders.

2. No longer luxury โ€œadd-onsโ€, private Aviation and Concierge travel are now core infrastructure: Recent UHNW travel analysis, including reporting and commentary from Spears Wealth Management โ€“ UHNW Travel & Lifestyle, shows private aviation and concierge-led travel planning are increasingly being treated as essential infrastructure rather than discretionary luxury. Families operating across multiple residences are relying on integrated mobility solutions to manage complex travel schedules, security considerations and last-minute changes. This shift is also influencing staffing briefs, with increasing demand for Private PAs and Chiefs of Staff who can coordinate travel, residences and logistics seamlessly across multiple jurisdictions.

3. Private Family Office: SFO vs MFO Explained: As highlighted by Spears Wealth Management โ€“ Family Office Structures, UHNW families typically structure their private wealth through either a Single-Family Office (SFO) or a Multi-Family Office (MFO), depending on the level of control, complexity and scale required. A SFO is dedicated to one family only, offering a fully bespoke structure with complete control over governance, investment oversight and lifestyle management. In contrast, a MFO serves several UHNW families, providing shared infrastructure, specialist expertise and economies of scale across wealth, administrative and advisory services. As Spears notes, the key distinction is often not just cost, but control versus efficiency, with many families now adopting more flexible or hybrid approaches as their global footprint and asset complexity increases.

Luxury Hospitality Market Insights

1. Strong Wave of New London Openings Driving Summer Momentum: London continues to see a significant pipeline of new restaurant and hospitality openings heading into summer 2026, with a wave of high-profile launches across Mayfair, Notting Hill, Covent Garden and Olympia. Recent coverage from The Caterer and Time Out London highlights openings including new chef-led concepts, international imports, and large-scale hospitality destinations such as the Olympia redevelopment, which is introducing rooftop dining, bars and major entertainment venues as part of its ยฃ1.3bn transformation.

2. Luxury Hotel Development Accelerates Across the UK and Countryside: The UK continues to see strong investment in luxury hotel development, particularly within London and high-end countryside destinations. Recent announcements include major projects such as the Nobu Hotel and residences in Rutland, alongside continued expansion of ultra-luxury lifestyle brands entering the UK market, as reported by Spears Wealth Management and The Caterer. At the same time, boutique countryside hospitality continues to grow, with new experiential stays such as the upcoming treehouse accommodation at Calcot in the Cotswolds reflecting demand for nature-led, high-end escapes, as featured in Condรฉ Nast Traveller UK.

3. Regional Dining Destinations Continue to Outperform Seasonal Expectations: Outside London, regions such as Cornwall, the Cotswolds and the Lake District continue to strengthen their position as year-round luxury dining and hospitality destinations. Seasonal tourism combined with elevated restaurant concepts and destination-led hotels is driving strong demand for experienced chefs, front-of-house teams and management-level hospitality professionals. This reflects a wider trend reported across UK hospitality media, including UKHospitality and The Caterer, where guests are increasingly choosing experiential, location-led dining over traditional city-centre formats.
