A UHNW family in Brentwood, Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced, engaging, and highly organised Nanny / Family PA to support their three school-aged children, aged 8, 10, and 13, while assisting the mother with the day-to-day organisation of family life.
The role combines hands-on childcare and academic support with personal assistance, diary management, shopping, appointment coordination, and general family administration. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and highly organised, with the ability to anticipate the family’s needs and ensure daily schedules run smoothly.
  
Key Responsibilities

• Manage the children’s morning and after-school routines, including school preparation, homework, and academic support.
• Drive the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, appointments, and social engagements.
• Coordinate the children’s schedules, activities, playdates, and school commitments.
• Assist the mother with diary management, appointments, scheduling, reminders, and general personal administration.
• Purchase children’s clothing, shoes, school supplies, and other essentials, keeping track of sizes and seasonal needs.
• Organise birthday presents, gifts, cards, and special occasions for the children and family, as required.
• Arrange appointments, activities, camps, and other family-related commitments.
• Assist with packing, travel preparation, and general organisation relating to the children.
• Liaise with schools, tutors, coaches, and other household staff as needed.
• Encourage age-appropriate independence while providing a warm, supportive, and structured environment.
• Maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous professional nanny experience with school-aged children; experience with teenagers preferred.
• Previous Family PA, Personal Assistant, or family administration experience advantageous.
• Teaching, tutoring, or educational background highly desirable.
• Excellent organisational, diary management, and time-management skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, personable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Discreet, professional, flexible, and comfortable working within a UHNW household.
