Role: Travel Nanny
Salary: €6,000-€6,500 per month, with flexibility up to €7,000 for an exceptional candidate
Location: EU, UK & UAE
Working Schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off or 6 days on / 1 day off, approximately 50 hours per week

Job Description
A private family is seeking an experienced Travel Nanny to provide high-quality care for their 1.5-year-old boy while travelling internationally.
 
The role will focus on providing attentive childcare, maintaining his daily routine and supporting his early development. Native-level British English, with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills, is important to the family as the nanny will play a key role in supporting the child’s language development.
 
The successful candidate will be warm, confident and adaptable, with the ability to provide consistent care across different locations and during international travel.
 
The household also has one small dog and two cats, so the candidate should be comfortable around animals.
 
Candidate Requirements

• Proven professional nanny experience, particularly with toddlers
• Experience caring for children around 1-2 years old
• Native-level British English with clear pronunciation and excellent communication skills
• Able to provide consistent English-language interaction to support the child’s language development
• Warm, nurturing and engaging approach
• Confident and calm when travelling with a young child
• Flexible and adaptable to different environments and routines
• Discreet, trustworthy and respectful of family privacy
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable around dogs and cats
• Previous international or travel nanny experience advantageous
• Excellent, checkable references

 
Role Responsibilities

• Providing full day-to-day care for the 1.5-year-old boy
• Managing his daily routine, including meals, naps and bedtime
• Supporting his early language development through natural, age-appropriate interaction in English
• Planning stimulating activities, outings and play
• Supporting his learning and development
• Accompanying the family on international travel
• Caring for him during flights, transfers and travel days
• Preparing clothing, luggage and essentials for trips
• Preparing simple meals and snacks
• Keeping his belongings and areas organised
• Working closely with the parents to maintain consistency in care
• Ensuring his safety and wellbeing at all times
• Providing occasional assistance with the family’s pets when required
