Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be working with our fantastic client who are looking to add a couple of experienced Pastry Chef De Parties to their team.
The Role:
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you’ll craft top-notch desserts and pastries while working closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Preparing high-quality pastry items using fresh ingredients and modern techniques.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the pastry section daily.
- Upholding exceptional standards in all food prepared and served.
- Assisting in the preparation of nutritious and wholesome staff meals.
- Training and supporting junior kitchen staff to ensure consistency and high service standards.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and food production.
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum qualifications: NVQ Level 1 and CIEH Level 2.
- Ideally, at least one year of experience in a similar Pastry Chef role.
