Job Title: Full-Time Nanny (ideally Live-in but open to meet Live-out candidates)
Location: South Kensington, London
Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 
Start Date: mid-January 2025
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 7:00/7:30 pm, with additional flexibility for extra hours as needed.
 
*Option to live out during weekends preferred*
 
A lovely family of three seeks an experienced, nurturing, and energetic Full-time Nanny to join them in caring for their five-month-old baby. Mom will be on maternity leave until March 2025, after which both parents will work from the office. The role is based in the family’s current home, with plans to relocate next year. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for a five-month-old, with experience in both bottle and breast weaning and an understanding of infant developmental milestones.
• Develop a consistent daily routine including naps, play, feeding, and developmental activities.
• Organize stimulating and age-appropriate activities that encourage the child’s social and cognitive development, as there will be no nursery involvement for the first two years.
• Prepare meals for the child, including assisting with weaning. Light dinner preparation for parents is a strong bonus.
• Provide overnight care (with additional compensation) if the child is unwell, allowing parents uninterrupted rest.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of experience working with infants, with specific knowledge in early childhood developmental stages and weaning.
• Positive, outgoing, and dynamic, able to adapt to the family’s parenting style and values.
• A candidate who speaks Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, or Tagalog is preferred.
