Job Title: Full-time Houseman
Location: Brentwood, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00/4:00 PM (weekends off)
Salary: $50 per hour ($104,000/year)
Start Date: ASAP or January 2024

The household is seeking a Houseman to oversee property maintenance, assist housekeepers, and manage various household tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, and comfortable taking on a variety of responsibilities in a positive family environment.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Perform exterior and window cleaning (including rooftop solar panels and air conditioning units).
• Assist housekeepers with heavy lifting and other tasks.
• Oversee construction projects and routine property upkeep.
• Maintain household vehicles and ensure readiness.
• Walk the family dog (Cavapoo) as needed, with coyote safety in mind.
• Monitor property security and ensure no unauthorized parking in the driveway.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced in property maintenance or a similar role.
• Physically capable of heavy lifting and ladder work.
• Fluent in English (intermediate proficiency considered if fluent in Spanish).
• Holds a valid driver’s license (automatic vehicles only).
• Non-smoker, proactive, and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable with small dogs and a family-oriented environment.
• Based at a commutable distance (daily).
