Our luxury restaurant client based in Chelsea is seeking an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join their team.
 
The Role: 
 
As the Restaurant Manager you will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, operational efficiency and a fantastic guest experience.
 
This role includes a clear progression path to Assistant General Manager in which you will gain hands-on leadership training, helping to shape and elevate the restaurant’s future.
 
The Restaurant: 
 
The restaurant supports private dining, events and weddings. The Executive Head Chef has created a range of menus with a hint of the homeland using the finest British ingredients sourced by trusted suppliers.
 
The restaurant’s À La Carte menu offers a selection of lighter dishes, seasonal salads and seafood dishes, followed by a robust choice of classic grill dishes. All served for both Lunch and Dinner. The wine lists have been carefully curated to complement the menus and to be exquisite yet at exceptional value.
