Job Title: Senior Executive Assistant to CEO, UHNWI
Location: Houston, Texas (Hybrid Potential)

We are seeking an experienced and highly discreet Senior Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO of a new, exclusive family office in Houston, Texas. This family office operates at the highest level, sitting above the existing family office structure. You will play a critical role in building the office from the ground up, working closely with the Chief of Staff to create a world-class support system for the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the CEO, managing all access to their time and attention.
- Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the setup and operational development of the new family office, including processes, tools, and systems.
- Proactively manage and prioritize tasks during the CEO’s high-intensity periods in Houston and adapt to a more autonomous workflow when the CEO is traveling.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across a diverse range of industries, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Plan and manage logistics for meetings, events, and other engagements.
- Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as required to support the CEO and the broader family office objectives.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting UHNWIs or C-suite executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic schedule and work in a hybrid capacity if needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern productivity tools.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and address them effectively.
- Experience in setting up or working in a start-up environment is a plus.
