We are delighted to be working with our amazing luxury restaurant client who are looking to add a Chef de Partie to their team.
The Role:
As Chef de Partie, you will working alongside the team, ensuring the delivery of consistently high standards and exceptional dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhering to day-to-day kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Assisting with food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to standards
- Adapting to innovative and seasonal menus that reflect the luxury and creativity of our offering
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards (HACCP)
About You:
- Proven experience within a high-end, luxury property or Michelin-level restaurant
- Exceptional culinary skills with an eye for detail and a passion for delivering innovative, high-quality dishes
- Comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations
- A collaborative and team-focused approach, with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Up-to-date food hygiene certification and strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
