Job Description
 
We are seeking a Senior F&B Assistant to join our clients team at one of Ireland’s most prestigious properties. Renowned for its world-class hospitality and high-profile clientele, this distinguished venue requires a dedicated professional with experience in high-end, high-volume establishments.
 
Role Responsibilities

• Provide an impeccable food and beverage service, ensuring guests receive a seamless and luxurious experience.
• Support the F&B management team in overseeing daily operations across restaurants, bars, and private dining.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior team members, upholding the highest service standards.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of menus, wine pairings, and luxury dining etiquette.
• Ensure all service areas are impeccably presented, adhering to five-star standards.
• Efficiently manage high volumes of clientele while maintaining personalised service.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and discretion.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or high-end private members’ club.
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-volume environment while maintaining exceptional standards.
• A passion for hospitality, with a keen eye for detail and service excellence.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fine wines, spirits, and gourmet cuisine is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
