Job Title: Qualified Female Butler
Working Schedule: Full-time, Live-in or Live-out, 6 days a week
Salary:  €4500 – €5500 net per month (based on experience)
Location: Doha, Qatar with International travel

We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Butler to join a prestigious household in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will provide top-tier service, ensuring the smooth running of household operations and delivering exceptional hospitality standards.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of household service, including formal dining, table settings, and guest hospitality.
• Maintain and coordinate household schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
• Supervise and liaise with other household staff to uphold the highest service standards.
• Manage wardrobe care, packing/unpacking, and personal shopping as required.
• Serve meals and beverages in a refined and discreet manner.
• Assist with event planning and execution for formal and informal gatherings.
• Handle high-value items with care, including silverware, antiques, and fine fabrics.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a formal private household, luxury estate, five-star hospitality environment, or yachting.
• Exceptional knowledge of etiquette, protocol, and high-level service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Discretion, loyalty, and a keen eye for detail.
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Available at all times to assist when the family is in residence.
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
• Prior formal household experience, particularly in service-oriented settings.
• Honest, discreet, and highly trustworthy with a strong sense of integrity.
• Service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Proactive, efficient, and highly organized, able to anticipate the family’s needs.
• Willing to travel with the family to their other homes for events and coverage.
