Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 per annum (negotiable for the right candidate)
Working Hours: Primarily Monday – Friday
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant with extensive experience to provide unparalleled support to an ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) and high-profile couple. Working closely with the Principals and reporting to the Chief of Staff, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in their private and professional lives. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for a seasoned EA who is looking for a long-term position with a prestigious family office.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support:
- Proactively manage complex and ever-changing diaries, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Coordinate high-level meetings and ensure seamless logistics for all engagements.
- Prepare and review correspondence, documents, and briefing materials.
- Personal Support:
- Manage personal errands, special requests, and ad hoc projects for the Principals.
- Liaise with external parties, including media and press, when required.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Travel Coordination:
- Accompany the Principals during travel between their residences and other global destinations.
- Ensure all travel arrangements, from itineraries to accommodations, run smoothly.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively within a large family office team, collaborating with other staff members, including house managers, private chefs, drivers, and security teams.
- Act as the Principals’ main point of contact, while maintaining strong communication with the Chief of Staff.
Candidate Profile
- Experience:
- At least 15-20 years experience as an Executive Assistant, with a proven track record of supporting UHNW or high-profile individuals.
- Previous experience in media, press, or public relations is advantageous.
- Skills:
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Personal Attributes:
- Discreet, professional, and emotionally intelligent.
