Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to join our clients team, leading and inspiring their staff while overseeing daily operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a key part of our clients amazing management team.

We’re looking for a creative thinker with a passionate and empathetic approach, dedicated to every detail. Your commitment will be essential in ensuring our client remains a leader in their industry
 
Candidate Requirements 

  • A background with a 5 Star / Rosette rating or equivalent.
  • Have experience as a Deputy General Manager or Hotel Manager in a similar luxury property.
  • Preferably demonstrable knowledge of luxury food, beverage and event operations.
  • Demonstrate the ability to coach, lead and inspire our team.
  • Embrace a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Express commitment in providing exceptional care to our team and to our guests.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in contributing to our ongoing improvement efforts.
  • Display financial acumen.
  • Be a quick thinker with a drive for excellence.
