Salary: Up to £32,000 (Dependant on Experience)
Work Schedule: Flexible working hours 45-48 hours per week

Achieve Hospitality are delighted to be partnering with a Luxury Country House, who are keen for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join their team.
 
Situated in the glorious and rural Wiltshire countryside, this country house meets charm and spirit and is surrounded by private gardens. With newly refurbished suites, a re-launched kitchen garden restaurant and much more to come!
 
Role Responsibilities: 
 

• Working alongside the Head Chef as part of our team during prep and service for our beautiful restaurant, terrace and outdoor Dining Domes with additional management and team responsibilities
• Take advantage of our private no dig kitchen garden with it’s delicious seasonal produce
• Help develop our brigade by sharing knowledge and techniques, not just with the more junior chefs but with the whole team.
• Take pride in running your section and the kitchen service by producing beautiful food as well as helping setting and maintaining cleanliness standards too.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional kitchen, with experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent.
  
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and high standards of food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
• Proficiency in managing various kitchen sections
• Ability to follow recipes and ensure consistency in dish quality.
• Experience in managing and mentoring kitchen staff, including providing on-the-job training.
• Ability to take initiative, manage tasks independently, and demonstrate leadership potential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff.
