Location: Austria
Contract: Seasonal (Mid-December to April, with potential for year-round work across properties)
Start Date: Around 15th December
Salary: Around €2,000 NET per month

Achieve Hospitality are working with an exclusive, luxury 5* ski chalet in Austria who are looking for a House Master to join a long-standing, loyal team delivering 5-star service in an exceptional alpine setting.
You will live onsite and support day-to-day operations at the chalet, working closely with a well-established team including a chef, housekeeper, manager and F&B professional.
Fluency in English and a background in luxury hospitality, yachts or chalets is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out daily chalet maintenance checks and coordinating with service providers for repairs and technical issues
- Managing waste disposal, recycling, and accepting supplier deliveries
- Clearing snow from terraces, balconies, and access paths to ensure guest safety
- Preparing and maintaining fireplaces (ash removal, wood supply)
- Ensuring whirlpools, saunas, and gym equipment are clean, disinfected, and fully operational
- Overseeing deep cleaning, seasonal changeovers, and property readiness
- Supporting maintenance and operations across other properties during the off-season
- Operating snowmobiles and resort vehicles for luggage transfers, errands, and occasional supply runs (driving licence required)
- Assisting with general upkeep in the kitchen and communal areas when required
- Providing a warm welcome to guests on arrival and assisting with luggage as needed
- Supporting other properties during the off-season months
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-end hospitality (chalets, yachts, or boutique 5* hotels)
- High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
- Team player with a positive, discreet, and service-led attitude
- Full clean driving licence (essential for snowmobile and errands)
- Willingness to live onsite in a shared room
- English speaking (other languages a bonus)
- EU passport
