Job Description
 
As Head Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations across three on-site restaurants, each offering a distinct dining experience. You will lead and inspire a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to deliver outstanding food that aligns with the property’s reputation for quality and innovation. Your focus will be on consistency, creativity, and operational excellence, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for every guest. 
 
Role Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team across multiple dining venues.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
• Develop seasonal menus that reflect the property’s culinary ethos and local produce.
• Control kitchen budgets, manage stock, and ensure cost-effective practices.
• Oversee staff training, development, and performance management.
• Work closely with senior management to align culinary operations with the overall guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or a strong Senior Sous Chef in a high-end or luxury setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Passion for fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and allergen management.
• Ability to design and deliver menus that are both creative and commercially viable.
• Calm under pressure with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
